1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DBVerify's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

DBVerify provides NFT verification services for Discord communities. Our service:

• Verifies NFT ownership across multiple blockchains
• Automatically assigns Discord roles based on NFT holdings
• Provides analytics and usage statistics to project administrators
• Manages subscription-based access to premium features

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Our subscription plans include:

• Free Plan: 50 verifications per month
• Starter Plan: $29/month - 1,000 verifications
• Pro Plan: $79/month - 10,000 verifications
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing - Unlimited verifications
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time; service continues until period end

4. Wallet Verification

When using our verification service:

• We only access public blockchain data
• We never request or store private keys or seed phrases
• You are responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses
• We verify ownership by checking on-chain NFT holdings

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the service to verify ownership of NFTs you don't own
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use the service for illegal activities or fraud
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify our bot

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DBVERIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.
